REGULAR SCHEDULED MEETINGS:
Meetings of the Board of Directors are usually held Yearly. Meeting notices are posted at the mailboxes of the community.
FINANCIAL INFORMATION:
Each home is responsible for the MONTHLY maintenance to the association by the first of each month. payments are considered late by the 15th of the month and a $25.00 fee will be applied. You may pay your HOA fee online here.
COMMUNITY RESTRICTIONS:
Each owner/occupant is required to apply for residency and be approved by the Association prior to occupying a unit. This process may be completed by submitting the Application for Occupancy. Units will not be permitted to be rented if the requirements for leasing are not met with the Association. Please contact the office prior to submitting an application for verification of a prospective unit. Units rented illegally will be sent to the attorney for eviction and Owner will be fined.
Vehicles: No street parking is permitted for any vehicle..Please see complete Rules and Regulations attached to the Application for Lease/Sale.
Signs: No signs are permitted to be placed on any unit.
ARCHITECTURAL CHANGES:
All Architectural Changes to the exterior of any unit must be submitted and approved prior to commencement. This includes front and rear yard alterations. The Architectural Request form is located HERE. This must be hand delivered or sent certified mail to the Management Office. Requests are processed within 30 days.
