COMMUNITY FEATURES:

Snug Harbor Gardens is located In Boynton Beach. The Community has 194 condominium units.

REGULAR SCHEDULED MEETINGS:

Meeting notices are posted in the of the community. 

 FINANCIAL INFORMATION:

Each home is responsible for the MONTHLY maintenance to the association by the  1st of each month. Payments are considered late by the 10th of the month and a $25.00 late fee will be applied. You may pay your HOA fee online here.

COMMUNITY RESTRICTIONS:

Each owner/occupant is required to apply for residency and be approved by the Association prior to occupying a unit. This process may be completed by submitting the Application for Occupancy. Units will not be permitted to be rented if the requirements for leasing are not met with the Association. Please contact the office prior to submitting an application for verification of a prospective unit.

Vehicles: No Trucks, Boats/trailers and campers are NOT allowed. Please see complete Rules and Regulations attached to the Application for Lease/Sale.

Signs: No signs are permitted to be placed on any unit.

ARCHITECTURAL CHANGES:All Architectural Changes to the exterior of any unit must be submitted and approved prior to comencement. This included front and rear yard alterations. The Architectural Request form is located  HERE. This must be hand delivered or sent certified mail to the Management Office.Requests are processed with in 30 days.
