MANOR FOREST CONDOMINIUM

Southern Shores Mgmt. is proud to be the Management Company for Manor Forest COA. We would like to thank all of the Board of Directors as well as the owners who have put their community needs in our hands. 

COMMUNITY FEATURES:

Manor Forest Condo is located in Boynton Beach. The Community has 57 Condos .

REGULAR SCHEDULES MEETINGS:

Meetings of the Board of Directors are usually held on the 4th Monday of each month. Meeting notices are posted at the main street prior. Commitee meetings are held throughout the year.

FINANCIAL INFORMATION:

Each home/townhome is responsible for the monthly maintenance to the association by the first of each month. payments are considered late by the 10th of the month and a $25.00 fee will be applied.  You may pay your Condo fee online here.

Manor Forest Condos are required to pay an additional fee to Manor Forest  HOA.

COMMUNITY RESTRICTIONS:

Each owner/occupant is required to apply for residency and be approved by the Association prior to occupying a unit. This process may be completed by submitting the "Application for Occupancy" along with Application to the Manor Forest HOA. Units will not be permitted to be rented if the requirements for leasing are not met with the Association. Please contact the office prior to submitting an application for verification of a prospective unit.Units rented illegally will be sent to the attorney for eviction and Owner will be fined.

Pet Restrictions: See Pet restrictions for Manor Forest HOA  You are required to submit photos of all pets on your application along with Veternarian Certificates and Palm Beach County Valid Rabies License.

Vehicles: See vehicle restrictions for Manor Forest HOA. No Motorcycles are Permitted for the Condo area. Vehicles in violation will be and can be towed from each private property area.

ARCHITECTURAL CHANGES:

All Architectural Changes to the exterior of any unit must be submitted and approved prior to comencement.  The Architectural Request form is located here. This must be hand delivered or sent certified mail to the Management Office.Requests are processed with in 30 days.
